Is there a free trial?▾
The Free plan gives you 500 requests per month with no credit card required — forever. It's a real free tier, not a trial.
What counts as one request?▾
Each API call to /v1/screenshot, /v1/og-image, /v1/html-to-image, /v1/pdf, /v1/analyze, etc. counts as one request. Cache hits are free and do not count against your quota.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?▾
Requests are rejected with a 429 error. You can enable Overage Billing in your settings to continue at $0.002–$0.004/request, or upgrade your plan.
Is there a watermark on screenshots?▾
The Free plan adds a small SnapSharp watermark. All paid plans produce clean output with no watermark.
Can I migrate from ScreenshotOne, Urlbox, or another provider?▾
Yes. The API is REST-based with standard parameters. Migration typically takes under an hour. Contact us if you need help mapping your current params.
What is the SLA?▾
Business and Enterprise plans include a 99.9% uptime SLA. Free and Starter plans are best-effort. You can monitor real-time status at status.snapsharp.dev.
Do you offer annual billing?▾
Yes — annual plans are 20% cheaper than monthly. You can switch at any time from your billing settings.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
What's your refund policy?▾
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Email [email protected] within 30 days and we'll refund your purchase in full.
